H National Bank At Hinckley Given Permit The First National Bank of Hinckley, open yesterday by permit of the Federal reserve system, busy from the opening hour in the morning until closing hour in the afternoon as residents of the community deposited money and made use of the services not available for the past three weeks Some delay experienced in obtaining permit to open to tain federal banking technicalities, but the order to resume operations on an unrestricted basis was telegraphed the bank officials late Monday evening. Bank officials stated yesterday afternoon that deposits and the open. ing of new accounts was the major business of the day, deposits running much higher than had been anticipated. Employees of the bank were required to work nearly midnight giving attention to the business that was brought in yesterday.
