# SHERIFF'S SALE. STATE OF INDIANA, COUNTY OF LAKE, SS: No. 3428. LAKE SUPERIOR COURT, MARCH TERM, 1919. CHICAGO TITLE & TRUST COMPANY, A CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE TRUST DEED DESRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN AND AS RECEIVER OF THE MORGAN PARK STATE BANK VS. GEORGE H. HENDERSON ET AL. By virtue of an Order of Sale to me directed from the Clerk of the Lake Superior Court, I will expose to public sale to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the east door of the Court House in Crown Point, Indiana, on Saturday the 6th day of September, 1919, between the hours of ten o'clock A. M. and four o'clock P. M., the rents and profits for a period not exceeding seven years, of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Twenty-two (22) in Block Twelve (12) in Fourth Addition to Indiana Harbor, according to the recorded plat thereof, being a Subdivision of the East One-half (E½) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Second Principal Meridian in Lake County, Indiana. If said rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place offer for sale the fee simple in and to said real estate, or so much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, interest, costs and accruing costs. Said sale will be made with relief from valuation or appraisement laws. Taken as the property of George H. Henderson et al at the suit of Chicago Title & Trust Company, a corporation, Trustee.
