Commissioner's Sale. THE STATE OF ARKANSAE, PULASKI COUNTY, TOTICE IS HEREEY GIVEN, that, in purguance of the provisions of at deed of trust, executest by Richard C. Byrd and wife, and W illiam J. By rd and wife, to the Bank of the State of Ark. anase, on the 22d day of November, A. D. 1843, on lots numbered. one. two, three, four. five and six, in Block number Two, east of the Quapaw line, in the city of Little Rock, to secare the pay ment of the for joint note executed on that day to said Bank, for the sum of thirteen thousand three hundred and sixty-five dollars, and interest, payable thelve months after date, and the order of the Financial Receiver and Attorney of said Bank, the under signed, as Sher! and Commissioner, ** offer for safe, at public outcry, for cash in healt, to the last and highest bidder therefor, at the door of the Court House of Pulaski county, on the 16th day of October, A.D. 1848, (being the first day of the nest Oefober Term of the Pulaski Circuit Court.) between the hours of jndicial sales, the paid loss sumbered 1,2,3,4,5, and 6, in Block number Two, East of the Quapaw fine. in the city of Litàe Rock, together with all the buildings and improvements situated thereon, being the brick row of stores, and the How called the Franklin House, fronting on the Arkansas firer, at the letter landing A.
