In Favor of Plaintiff. Judge Hall today rendered a decree in favor of plaintiff in the case of Chicago Title & Trust company, receiver of the Globe Savings Bank VS Rodney L. St. George, The decreee cuts off any right, title or interest of defendant to various lots in Grand View subdivision of block 114, plat D. which he has in the redemption of said property from a foreslosure sale, unless he redeems within six months from the date of this decreee.
