LOCKPORT BANK PRESIDENT ENDS LIFE WITH GUN Carl H. Muehlenpfordt, president of the First National bank of Lockport. suicide yesterday while sitting in his automobile near the Big Run golf course, six miles north of Lockport. He shot himself in the temple. Mr. Muehlenpfordt was 48 years old. and according to his friends was known as conservative banker. They expressed the belief that his bank was sound and that its affairs had not led to his death. The institution opened promptly when the moratorium ended, they said. It was loaned much of his own now found the collateral in bad shape. Two notes found, but they failed to reveal the motive for the suicide. One, addressed to friend, Dr. E.
