Notice is hereby given, That by virtue of an Order of Sale, issued by the Clerk of the District Court of the Third Judicial District of Nebraska, within and for Lancaster County, in an action wherein The First Trust Company of Lincoln, Nebraska, as trustee of the Estate of Charles I. Jones, deceased, is plaintiff, and Elry E. Delany, Anna G. Delany, L. A. Ricketts as trustee in bankruptcy of Lincoln Safe Deposit Company, bankrupt, John Doe, real name unknown, L. A. Ricketts, trustee in bankruptcy of Lincoln Trust Company, Bankrupt, are Defendants, I will, at 2 o'clock p. m., on the 13th day of February, A.
