NAME ST. JOHNS MAN MUIR BANK RECEIVER Special to The State Journal: IONIA. June 23 Edward Fehling St Johns attorney. has been appointed receiver for the Bank of Muir. at Muir by Circuit Judge Royal A. Hawley. He will succeed Willard G. Hawley. who has been acting for the National Bank of Ionia. receiver of the Muir institution. Hawley recently was named conservator for the Ionia bank and petitioned the court to accept his resignation from the Muir receivership owing to press of work sociated with the conduct of the Ionia conservatorship.
