SUES FORMER LINDSAY VILLAGE TREASURER

The Village of Lindsay in a suit filed in district court is seeking judgment for $4,608.76 against William F. Svoboda, former treasurer of the village, and the Fidelity and Deposit Co., of Maryland, as his bond carrier.
