Notice S hereby given, that all the remaining assets I of the Litchfield Bank, including a parcel of real estate situated in the Village of Wolcottville, will be sold at public auction at the Court House in Litchfield, Litchfield County, State of Connecticut, on the second day of September, 1862, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, or at some other time, to which said sale may then be adjourned. Said sale is to take place pursuant to an order of the Superior Court for said County of Litchfield, made at its adjourned term, July, 1862. ABIJAH CATLIN, Receivers. FRANCIS E.
