REPUBLIC OF NICARAGUA STERLING LOAN OF 1909 The Council of Foreign Bondholders give notice that they will be prepared to pay off at par on and after the 15th of September the whole of the Funding Certificates (including Fractional Certificates) outstanding with interest at 6 per cent. per annum (less Income tax) to the 15th of September, after which date interest will cease to run.
