Clay Center and Glenvil Banks Close LINCOLN, Oct. 8. (AP)-State bank suspensions at Clay Center and Glenvil, in Clay county, were announced Thursday by Governor Bryan. Examiner. Merle R. Garrison was placed in charge of both banks. The Clay Center bank, headed by T. Swanson as president, and H. A. Swanson, cashier, carried deposits of $150,000. was capitalized for $25,000 and had surplus of $7,500. The Glenvil bank was capitalized for $25,000, had $10,000 surplus and deposits of $200,000. R.
