Sunbury, Ia., Bank Receiver Is Given $10,248 Judgment A court order allowing L. A. Andrew, receiver for the Sunbury Savings bank of Sunbury, Ia., judgment for $10,248.16 on promissory note issued John and Mathilda Schlichting and Elmer and Florence Schlichting was signed today by District Judge W. W. Scott. The note was held genuine by the court and the judgment permits foreclosure of a mortgage on real estate property of the defendants. No personal judgment is made against Elmer and Florence Schlichting who are tenants on the farm property. Ruymann & Ruymann were attorneys for the defendants, the bank receiver being represented by L. E. Casterline.
