A Bank President fRold to Bail. Special Dispatch to The Chicagon Tribune, Stoux CITY, Ia., Sept, 30.-United States Commissioner Lewis to-day hold O. C. Tredway, President of the suspended Citizens' National Bank of this city, to bail in the sum of $3,000, to answer to the United States District Court, at Council Bluffs, on a charge of liaving misapproprinted the funds of the bank. The money in question was $10,000 borrowed from the State Savings Bank of Chicago on the credit of the bank, and then, it is claimed, appropriated to Tredway's private uses. The trial of John A. Schmidt, Cashier of the same institution, on a charge of altering the books of the bank with felonious intent, will betheard at Conneil Bluffs during the present term of the United States District Court.
