Sarah Lemon Wins Suit. Sigourney, Oct. 21.-The jury in the case of Sarah L Lemon vs. the Sigourney Savings Bank. after having been out about eighteen hours returned into court and gave as their verdict that Sarah L. Lemon should have and recover from the defendant bank the sum of $3,330.30, and that the costs of the trial be taxed to defendant. This case had been to the supreme court twice and has been tried in this court three times, making a total of five trials. The case arose over the deposit of some money in the Sigourney Savings Bank, while the institution was solvent and doing business, by Mrs. Lemon. The receivers of this bank made the claim that the transaction was purely a personal one between Mrs. Lemon and the cashier of the bank, and held that the bank was nov responsible for the money. It costs a lot to be ponular
