COURT IS DISTRICT STILL IN SESSION AT DAKOTA CITY Will Monson of Livermore, plead guilty the charge of illegal transportation of intoxicants Tuesday of this week, at the district court in Dakota City, and fined $50 and costs. James Thorn of LuVerne, also plead guilty the same charge and fined $25 and costs. Frank Kelly also plead guilty and his case still in the hands the court. The case of Rawleigh Co. Sherman was settled by stipulaton. The court spent portion of Thursday forenoon drawing jury for the trial of Trauger Smith. The case bank receiver for the Rutland Savings Bank, DeGroote, et settled by stipulation.
