Bank Receiver Is Suing on Two Notes NEVADA J. R. Shannon, receiver of the First National bank of Roland has filed suit in district court here for judgment of $1,715.64 against Sara Peck and Ray M. Peck on the basis of two promis sory notes. The first note was signed February 21, 1930 and was due September 20. 1930. The sec ond note was given February 1. 1930 and was due February 1931 The plaintiff also seeks writ of attachment against all of the defendants' goods.
