SELL PROPERTY AT RIVERSIDE Business Building Sold By Bank Receiver For $3,000 RIVERSIDE-Clyde Yount, as receiver of the First State bank, has sold the corner building occupied by the Dautremont cafe, Iowa-Illin. ols Telephone Exchange and other business places, to Frank F. Havel and James Havel, Jr., subject to the approval of the district court. The consideration is $3,000. Dr. and Mrs. J. M. Chittum of North Liberty visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Yeggy. Play Two Games The boys' basketball team of St. Mary's school journeyed to Lee county Thursday where they were scheduled for two games. On Thursday evening they played the St. Mary's team at West Point. who defeated them by a score of 19 to 10. Friday evening they were victorious over the St. Joseph basketeers at Fort Madison the score being 16 to 11. Those making the trip were Eldon Kloepfer, Adrian Dautremont, Marcellus Swift, Harold Waldschmidt, Omer Kiefer, Morris Klein, John Thomann and Cecil Strabala. Accompanying there were Coach Martin Walsh and Edward Knebel, timekeeper. Bans for the approaching marriage of Miss Velma Thomann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Thomann and Bernard Walsh, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Walsh, were announeed Sunday morning at St. Mary's church. The wedding will take place the middle of February.
