3 Ottumwa Banks Will Reopen Today OTTUMWA. Ia., Aug. 7. (P)Three Ottumwa operating under S. since March, will resume normal banking relations Tuesday The First Bank and Trust Co. and the Ottumwa Savings bank have fixed definite date for payment old deposits. The Farmers and Merchants bank, however, open in sufficiently strong cash position to pay every depositor full. Officers of the three banks reported their affairs in better condition than in March.
