SAYS HUSBAND MADE CHILDREN DRINK HOOTCH Mrs. Laura Zeithamel Asks Court for Divorce; Says Husband Drank and Abused Family "He made our two children drink liquor," alleges Mrs. Laura Zeithamel in her suit for a divorce, filed against Fred Zeithamel, in the district court. She asks that the cus. tody of the two youngsters be given to her, and that the alleged recreant husband be compelled to pay $25 a month toward their support and education. She says she was married in 1911, and that they lived together until last year. To them were born two kiddies-Robert John, aged 10, and Josephine Genevieve, aged 7. Her husband. she avers, has cursed and reviled her, and the children, and has threatened her life. She also alleges drunkenness on Fred's part. In the same court, Judge Pop. ham has made the following rulings: W. J. Murray, superintendent of banking of the state of Iowa vs. North Liberty Savings bank. Receiver Harold D Evans 13 authorized to compromise and settle judgement against Wray Owen and Loretta Owen.
