Iowa, in favor of John Blim, and against C. F. Bailey and Ruth C. Bailey, on a judgment rendered by said Court on the 9th day of March A. D. 1932, wherein it was ordered, adjudged and decreed that the following described property be sold to satisfy said judgment to-wit: Lot One Hundred Two (102) in Wright's Grove, an Addition now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa. Now, Therefore, public notice is hereby given that unless the said defendants appear at my office in Des Moines on or before the 23rd day of April A. D. 1932, at ten o'clock A. Andrew, Superintendent of Banking of the State of Iowa and Receiver of the Citizens State Bank of Mitchellville, Iowa, Plaintiff, Citizens State Bank of Mitchellville, Iowa, Defendant. To Whom it May Concern: You are hereby notified that the undersigned has made application to the District Court Polk County, Iowa, settle the indebtedness Murrow aggregating $4220.87 and interest, and of C. Rooker for $4496.23 and interest, in consideration of the conveyance to this receiver of the real estate described as follows, to wit: Blocks and in Seminary Plat, an Addition to the Town of Mitchellville, Iowa, clear of all encumbrances except the last half of the 1931 taxes and first to the Valley Savings That said receiver Bank of $500. recommends said settlement. Bates, Receiver Citizens State Bank, Mitchellville, Iowa, Plaintiff, Citizens State Bank of Mitchellville. Iowa, Defendant. To Whom It May Concern: You are hereby notified that the undersigned Receiver has made application to the District Court of Poll: County, Iowa, to settle the indebtedness this Receiver of J. Seiberling, which indebtedness, without interest, amounts to $8,651.15 upon the payment to this Receiver of the sum of $500.00; to which application now on file in the Office of the Clerk the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, reference is hereby made.
