Iowa, in favor of John Blim, and against C. F. Bailey and Ruth C. Bailey, on a judgment rendered by said Court on the 9th day of March A. D. 1932, wherein it was ordered, adjudged and decreed that the following described property be sold to satisfy said judgment to-wit: Lot One Hundred Two (102) in Wright's Grove, an Addition now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa. Now, Therefore, public notice is hereby given that unless the said defendants appear at my office in Des Moines on or before the 23rd day of April A. D. 1932, at ten o'clock A. M. of said day, at which time said above described property is hereby advertised to be sold, and pay off the a. mount of said execution, with interest and costs, will sell said property, or sufficient thereof to satisfy said Execution, with interest and costs, at public outery, to the highest bidder, at the east front door of the Court House, in Des Moines, Iowa, for cash in hand to pay off said Execution. D. 1932, wherein it was ordered, adjudged and decreed that the following described property be sold to satisfy said judgment towit: The East Half (E½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Section Fifteen (15); and the East Half (1/2) of the West Half (W½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of Said Section Fifteen (15); and all that part of the East Half (E½) of the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of the Southeast Quarter (SEM) and of the Southeast Quarter (SE%) of the SouthQuarter (SE%) and of Section Ten (10) lying and being situated South of the right-of-way of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway, all of said land being in Seventy-nine (79) North, Range Twenty-two (22) West of the 5th P. M., Polk County, Iowa, containing 136 acres. Now, Therefore, public notice is hereby given that unless the said defendants appear at my office in Des Moines, on or before the 23rd day of April A.
