Restrictions on Maurice Bank Lifted An examiner for the state banking department examined the CounSavings bank Monday and the day the department wired the bank giving the officers mission to the bank without open Since the bank boliday March the bank had operating under 111, with restrictions erning the withdrawal of deposits. Those acquainted with the history this sound bank have known all along that the institution was highly liquid, held no real estate, had gilt edge first mortgage securities and could open unrestricted upon examination. No examination had been made, however, by the state banking department, until Monday. Members of the board felt. we understand, that might be better to wait until the bankwas somewhat clarified before resuming unrestricted banking operations. It is good news to the bank's large number depositors who have ways felt tremendous confidence their bank. The officers and directors also highly pleased that the bank now continuing business as usual. All concerned deserve hearty congratulations.
