SHERIFF'S SALE State of Iowa, lowa County IN THE DISTRICT COURT IOWA COUNTY, IOWA By virtue of Special execution, to me directed, issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of said county, in favor of Andrew, Receiver of the Ladora Savings Bank, Ladora, Iowa, and against Wm .M. Porter Eva Porter, husband and and wife, and John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company on judgment rendered by said court, at the November term thereof, 1932, in favor of the said John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co., cross-petitioner herein, in the sum of $10,254.60 8%; and in favor of Andrew, Receiver of Ladora Savings Bank, Ladora Iowa for the sum of 8% and against the said Wm. M. Porter and Eva Porter, in the aggregate sum of $13,389.89. have levied upon the following described Real Estate as the of the above named property defendants, to-wit:The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter SE%) and the Southwest Quartof the Northeast Quarter (SW,% NE1-4), and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter all in Section Twenty-six (26), Township Eighty-one (81) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 5th Iowa County, Iowa, which will be sold or so much thereof as is to satisfy said necessary judgment, interest costs. and Now therefore, public notice hereby given that shall on the 24th day of January, 1933, at the hour of o'clock, M., of said day, at Court House Door said County of Iowa, offer and sell at public outery to the highest and best bidder, for cash, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendant, in and to the above described property, or 80 much thereof as necessary to satisfy said judgment for the sum of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($13,389.89), together with interest, costs and accruing costs unless the same shall be sooner satisfied.
