COURT NEWS FROM THE COUNTY COURT HOUSE Transcript from Joe te Veltrup, Justice of Peace Court, West Branch, Township was filed in the case of the Alemite Company of Iowa as Plaintiff and Bomgaars as defendants. Judgment was rendered against Bomgaars Bros. in the sum of $30.00 and costs. In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Henry Schuett, deceased will hearing was set for June 9th 1931, Will was heard, evidence introduced and will was brought to probate. Herman D. Schuett was appointed Executor of the estate without bond. Final report was filed in the office of the Clerk of District Court in the matter of the estate of Bastiaan Roos, deceased, Jurry G. Raak as executor of this estate. In the District Court in the matter of the estate of G. H. Verrips, deceased, final aport of executor was filed Jacob Verrips acting as executor of the estate now in probate. In the matter of the estate of Mary Wiltgen, deceased, final report of the executor of the estate, Peter Schroeder was filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court. In the matter of the general assignment of the Klein Bros. Grain Co. for the benefit of creditors the report of assignee for the month of May, 1931, was filed in the office of the Clerk of District Court. In the matter of Henrietta Wesselink and John Wesselink, minor heirs of Dina Wesselink. deceased. Dick H. Wesselink of Rock Valley, Iowa has been appointed guardian and furnishes a bond of $500.00. State aid has been applied for by Emil Hansen of Granville, Iowa, for three of his children, Ambrose, Alfred and Lawrence Hansen at the University Hospital at Iowa City, la. Order was signed in the matter of the estate of Arie A. Kuyper, deceased, authorizing, empowering and directing the Executors Cornelius J. Kuyper and Harold A. Kuyper to pay Gerrit Roggen of Sheldon the sum of $468.00 from the funds of the estate as commission for making of sale of real estate.
