Mohr's Term Is 18 Months Grand River Bank Receiver Admits Guilt. Leon H. Mohr. receiver for the First National bank of Grand River, Ia., Monday was sentenced to 18 months in the federal penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kan., for embezzlement of funds from the bank. Mohr pleaded guilty before Federal District Judge Charles Dewey to of more than $1,000 from the institution.
