# ROBNETT GETS TEN # YEARS AT LEAVENWORTH Clarence W. Robnett is to serve ten years in the federal penitentiary at Ft. Leavenworth for his part in the falsification of the records of the Lewiston First National Bank. Robnett was sentenced to ten years and five years, on separate counts, by Judge Detrich this morning, but the sentences are to run concurrently, and when Robnett has finished ten years at Ft. Leavenworth he will have completed his stint for Uncle Sam. The crimes for which Robnett was sentenced were uncovered after the failure of the Lewiston First National in which, previous to the failure, he been a book-keeper. Robnett was accused of falsifying his reports, and of embezzlement.
