First Publication December 8. Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order of sale issued by the clerk of the district court of the third judicial district of Nebraska, within and for Lancaster County, in an action wherein Charles H. Morrill as Receiver of The Nebraska Savings Bank is plaintiff, and Charles T. Brown et al are defendants. I will at two o'clock P. M., on the 8th day of January A. D. 1895, at the east door of the court house, in the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate to-wit; Lots numbered one (1) and two (2) in C.J. Hull's subdivision of lots seven (7) eight [8] nine [9] ten [10] eleven [11[ and twelve [12] in block number one hundred and eighty six [186] in the city of Lincoin and lot number six [6] in block number four [4] in Pleasant Hill subdivision of lots numbered three [3] four [4] five [5] and six [6] in the Northeast quarter of section numbered thirty-six [36] in township numbered ten [10] north in range number six [6] east of the 6th P. Morrill, Receiver of the Nebraska Savings Bank is plaintiff, and Mattie F. Guiwits et al are defendants, I will, at 2 o'clock p. m., on the 12th day of March A. D. 1895, at the east door of the court house, in the city of Lincoln, Lancaster county, Nebraska, offer for sale at public auction the following dedescribed real estate to wit: Forty (40) feet off the west side of lot eleven (11) in block eighteen (18) in Pecks Grove Addition to the City of Lincoln, according to the recorded plat thereof, in Lancaster County, Nebraska. D., 1896, at the east door of the court house, in the city of Lincoln, Lancaster county, Nebraska, offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot three (3), in James o Young's irregular tract of East Lincoln, as per recorded plat thereof, further described as follows: Commencing at a point 150 feet south of the northwest corner of block three (3), of James O.
