THE STATE SUPREME COURT. FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6.-The court met at ten A. M. Present-Chief Justice Moses and Associate Justices Willard and Wright. Mr. Wylle resumed and concluded his argument for respondent, in the case of Alexander Carter, appellant, VS. D. WJ Brown, respondent. Mr. Allison was heard for respondent. Mr. Kershaw for appellant, in reply. R. A. Pringle al, vs. Belasizer et al. Motion to set aside order of circuit judge and for reargument. Mr. Moore for motion. Mr. ADF son contra. H. Massot vs. 0. A. Moses et al. Opinion filed. Bill dismissed. Opinion by Willard, A. J. Moses, C. J., and Wright, A. J., concurred. At half-past 12 P. M., the court adjourned until Monday the 11th, when the first circuit will be called. The following is the order of this calendar : 1. Neuffer vs. Campsen & Co.; 2. Bulow VS. Witte; 3.
