SLOW COLLECTIONS CAUSE ARKANSAS BANK TO CLOSE (By Associated Press.) Little Rock, Ark., Nov. 16.-The Bank of England, Ark., suspended payment this morning and went into the hands of a bank commission. Failure to make collections is given as the cause. The bank has deposits of over $200,000. A thought less man loses time when he hurries.
