OSBORNE, Kans., March 24.-Worried over a visit here of three national bank examiners, Frank Denman, president of the First National Bank of Osborne, shot and killed himself at his home here today. The institution, with deposits totaling nearly $300,000 was closed after a short run precipitated by the suicide of the president. Apparent Irregularities of between $8,000 and $10,000 were uncovered, the bank examiners announced. They said Denman was unable or unwilling to explain the discrepaneles. Except for the small irregularities, the bank appeared to be in good condition, the examiners said
