Depositors to Get Payments. Clarinda, Ia., Sept. 10.-By decree of District Judge Earl Peters the stockholders of the defunct Clarinda Trust and Savings bank are assessed 100 per cent of the amount of stock owned, money to be paid in full to depositors. The total amount is for $70,666.67. The bank closed three years ago, since which time two partial payments have been made. A number of stockholders are opposing the receiver's application to satisfy depositors.
