Bank Receiver and Assistant Resign Announcement was made in Bode week ago that Selby Russell, receiver, and assistant Mr. Mitchell, of the First National bank have resigned from their positions there. Both have cured permanent positions with insurance company at MilwauWisconsin. Mr. Russell will be employed in the central office Milwaukee and Mitchell work field representative the company.
