STEADY RUN BLAMED FOR BANK'S CLOSING Special The Sept. Officials of the Interstate Savings bank Blanchard. closed Saturday by order of the board of directors, today revealed steady run on the bank for several days had cleaned the bank of ready cash, as collections at this time of year are very slow.
