SEAWARD BANK IN BELLEVUE FINISHES DIVIDEND PAYMENT Maquoketa, Ia., Jan. Schlatter, receiver for the Bank Bellevue, known as the Seaward bank, which closed in October, 1922, has paid the final dividend on the defunct bank, the mails this week carrying payment of per cent. This brought the total dividend to 191/4 per cent of the money on hand when the bank closed. The bank was the second to close Bellevue, the Kelso bank suspended business few days previously. Both were owned institutions. Bellevue has since then suffered also the loss of the Bellevue State bank, which closed three years ago.
