Bank Winds Up Its Business. EXETER, Neb., April 9.-(Special.)-The First National bank suspended business last night. It has gone into voluntary liquidation. The bank is in sound condition, and most of the time for the past three years has had available funds enough to pay all depositors, but owing to the unprofitable nature of the business the stockholders wish to withdraw their capital and invest it in other lines of business.

National Bank Changes The latest bulletin of the comptroller of the currency reports the following changes in national banks since last advice: Application to organize national bank approved-Moshannon National bank of Philipsburg, Pa., capital $50,000, by the following persons: W. D. Crosby, L. C. Harmon, J. N. Schoonover, E. E. Jamison, T. Barnes, W. C. Andrews, Adam Mayer, E. H. Schadt, J. J. Jermyn. Corporate existence of national bank extended-The National State bank of Boulder, Col., until April 18, 1917. Liquidation--The First National bank of Exeter, Neb., has gone into voluntary liquidation by resolution of its stockholders, dated April 8, 1897, to take effect April 9. 1897. Insolvent-The Fort Stanwix National bank of Rome, N. Y., R. H. Huntington appointed receiver in place of Daniel G. Griffin, deceased.
