INSURANCE FIRM RESISTS MOVE OF M'CAUSLAND BANK Resistance to the appointment of a receiver in foreclosure proceedings instituted against Edward S. and Carrie Holst and others on behalf of the defunct First State Sav ings bank of McCausland was filed Saturday in the district court by the American Mutual Fire & Tornado Insurance association, a COdefendant and holder of a. $10,000 mortgage against the property involved. The insurance company claims its lien is superior to that held by the bank receiver. Ruymann & Ruymann are attorneys for the insurance company.
