STATE OF MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEpin-ss.-District Court, Fourth Judicial District. The Minneapolis Baseball Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, a corporation. plaintiff, and Charles D. Whitall and Fred P. Siddall, copartners under the firm name and style of Whitall and Siddall, intervenors, against City Bank, a corporation, et al., defendants. ORDER FOR HEARING ON RECEIVER'S ACCOUNT. The final report and account of Willard R. Cray as receiver in the above entitled action having been made and presented and filed with the clerk of said court. showing all moneys collected and received and payments made by him as such receiver upon and in the matter of the judgment for deficiency and liability of stockholders of the above named defendant City Bank, together with an itemized statement of compensation and expenses paid, now on motion of said receiver, it is ordered: That all persons and parties interested in said action show cause, if any they have, before this court at a special term thereof to be held at the courthouse in the city of Minneapolis in said county of Hennepin and state of Minnesota, on Saturday, the twenty-fifth (25th) day of October, A. D. 1902, at nine (9) o'clock in the forenoon of said day, or as soon thereafter as hearing can be had, why the prayer of said receiver should not be granted and said final report and account approved and allowed and his further compensation and expenses as such receiver be determined and allowed, and that he be discharged as such receiver and his bond cancelled as prayed; It is further ordered, that a copy of this order be published at least once in each week for three successive weeks in The Minneapolis Journal, a daily newspaper published in said county of Hennepin, before said date of hearing, and a copy thereof mailed on or before the eleventh (11th) day of October, A. D. 1902, to each creditor and stockholder included in the judgment and decree in said action, and other parties interested therein, SO far as they and their addresses are known to said receiver.
