Trustee's Sale. GEORGIA, Sumter County. Under and by virtue of an order of the Judge of the Superior Court of said county, will be sold before the courthouse door in the city of Americus, said state and county, between the legal hours of sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: One house and lot in the town of Plains, Ga., situated on the east side of Wise street, fronting on said street twenty (20) feet and running back east from said street one hundred (100) feet, and bounded on the east and south by property of Dr. Colquit Logan, on the west by Wise street, and on the north by a ten foot alley, being that property conveyed to the Citizens' Bank of Plains by J. E. Chappell, on August tenth, nineteen hundred and twelve, by deed recorded in Deed Book LL, page 379 of the deed records of Sumter county, Ga. Also all of the bank fixtures and furniture now in said building, consisting of tables, desks, chair, etc. Also fifty acres of land in the northwest corner of lot of land number eighty four (84), in the Twenty-Sixh (26) district of Sumter county, said tract being of the following dimensions: Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot and running east along the north lot line, five hundred and twenty-eight (528) yards, from thence south four hundred and fiftyeight and one-third (458 1-3) yards, thence west to the west line of said lot, five hundred and twenty-eight (528) yards, thence north along the lot line four hundred and fifty-eight and one-third (458 1-3) yards, being that property conveyed to the Citizens' Bank by Mrs. M. L. Jones, on March 6th, 1917, by deed recorded in Deed Book QQ, page 525 of the deed records of said county. Said property sold as the property of the Citizens' Bank by and with the consent and approval of the board of directors of said bank, and under the terms of an order granted by the Judge of the Superior court of said county, on July 19th, 1917, as appears from the minutes of said court, and sold for the purpose of paying the debts of said bank and for distribution among the stockholders.
