Upon motion of George G. Thompson, by counsel, it appearing to the court that Henry Dupont, Eleu-then J. Dupont. Samuel Dupont, and Eugene Dupont, trading under the name and style of E. J. Dupont, De Nemours & Co., are not residents of the State of Virginia, and it appearing that they are made parties to a bill of review this day filed by the said Thompson, it is ordered that they appear here at the rules to be held in the clerk's office of this court on the first MONDAY in March, 1876, to plead, answer, or demur, or do whatever else may seem fit to them to the said Thompson's bill of review; and that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in one of the papers published in the city of Richmond.
