CITES PASTOR AND PUBLISHER FOR CONTEMPT Dubuque Court Names the Rev. Goetzinger and Feuling. The Dubuque county district court will be called upon tomorrow to decide whether an article recently published in the New Hampton Tribune constitutes contempt court. E. Feuling. former chairman of the democratic central committee and publisher of the Tribune, and the Rev. B. Goetzinger Ionia were cited yesterday to appear in court face charges of for statement appearing in the newspaper, Jan. 11, criticising the court. Follows Bank Case. Feuling. publisher of the New Hampton Tribune and former chairman of the democratic state central committee. and the Rev. C. B. Goetzinger, Iowa. were scheduled to appear in district court here today The Tribune is alleged to have printed statements of the Reverend Goetzinger which charged receivers for the institution 'confiscated' certain securities.

CONTEMPT CASE BRINGS OUT THREAT CHARGES Witness Testifies to Attack Planned Against Boyer. Dubuque, Ia., Jan. 24 Further testimony in support of the charge that J. Feuling. New Hampton publisher. and former chairman of the democratic state central committee, and the Rev. Goetzinger, Catholic pastor of Ionia, were in contempt of court in criticizing the receivership the Farmers State bank Dyersville, was to be brought out Testifying in the contempt in Judge Nelson' court. M. Boyer, state bank examiner, and for the bank, declared the defendants in contempt of the court and its agents in an article published in Feuling's paper, the Hampton Tribune, calling into question administration of the bank in receivership. George Ham, secretary treasurer of the Nic Goetzinger company of Dyersville, part whose stock, owned by the Rev Mr. was security for of the bank stock held priest and his brothers, testifled the pastor had threatened to "get" Boyer. At another time, Ham said, the Rev Mr. had transfer by the receiver. by which the Goetzinger company was transferred to the Dyersville commercial club and the latter the Yavapai Onyx company as illegal.
