Sue Depositors To Return Funds (Continued From Page One) partment declared. Filed In Twiggs County Jeffersonville, Ga., Feb. 12. (AP) Sun seeking to compel depositors to return the money which they withdrew from the Twiggs County Bank on the day it suspended business has been filed in superior court by A. B. Mobley, Superintendent of the State Banking Department of Georgia. The petition alleges that the bank was insolvent on that day and that those who withdrew their money stood in the position of preferred creditors, a position to which they were not entitled under the banking laws.
