Newspaper notices identify B. H. Palmer as Receiver for Farmers State Bank, indicating the bank was placed in receivership (permanent closure). The articles are sheriff sale/levy notices (Nov 1918). There is no mention of a prior run in these clippings; suspension is not explicitly described but receivership implies closure. Classification chosen as 'suspension_closure' because the bank closed and a receiver was appointed, with no evidence of a depositor run in the provided items.
