DEWITT BANK DIVIDEND HAS BEEN ORDERED Third 10 Per Cent Payment; Charlotte Receivership Near End. Clinton, la., April 25.-The pay. ment of dividend of 10 per cent, the third since the DeWitt Savings bank suspended, has been approved by Judge D. V. Jackson in district court. The tenth report of the receiver ship of the Lyons Savings bank filed the court today showed cash balance of $68,968.63 as of Dec. The receiver of the Charlotte Trust and Savings bank has asked authority to sell all remaining as sets of that institution, including bills receivable account of $35,892.45 Judge A. P. Barker set 10 o'clock the morning of May 10 for court hearing upon the petition. The Peoples State bank, Delmar, has brought suit judgment against Dennis A. McLaughlin and others on a note for $8,587.20.
