Receiver Winds up Bank Jas. S. Mitchell, of this city, who was receiver for the defunct Bank of Wheatley made his final report during the past week and was discharge d. With liabilities amounting to $10,500 Receiver Mitchell was able to realize sufficient out of of the assets to pay .98% to the depositors after all expenses were paid. The largest stock holders of the Bank of Wheatley were A. Boysen, John A. Fox, D. E. Hunt, H. K. Smith and B. N. A. Hemmiger, the latter (since deceased) being the largest with 160 shares.
