numbers six, seven, eight and part lot number 5 of Block 1, as per plat made by G. 0. Mozley, in May, 1882. and more particularly described as beginning at the southwest corner of Mulberry and Mozley Streets, and running thence west along the south side of Mozley Street 170 feet; thence south parallel with Mulberry Street 200 feet to Jefferson Street: thence east along the north side of Jefferson Street 170 feet; thence north along the west side of Mulberry Street 200 feet to the point of beginning; being the property on which is located a three-story brick hotel, store houses, and the building now occupied by the Austell Bank, including the furniture, furnishings and equipment of the hotel and hotel office. Said property is being sold as the property of the said Jonathan B. Frost, deeds having been made to him conveying the above described properties, and the same recorded before this advertisement.
