Description

Articles indicate the Clarinda Trust & Savings Bank closed circa 1920 (closed three years ago in a 1923 piece) and remains defunct. A 1923 court decree assesses stockholders to pay depositors and the bank is in receivership; a 1924 notice is placed by the receiver selling assets. No contemporaneous run is described, so this is a suspension/closure with receivership.
