Clarence G. Bliss, secretary of trade and commerce, filed petition in district court Thursday asking be named receiver the Security State bank on the south Brownell, present receiver, who was appointed by the guarantee fund Bliss charges that as the guarcommission has been abolished, the department of trade and commerce should placed in charge of the bank affairs. District Judge W. G. Hastings granted the change.

ASK SCHANGE IN BANK RECEIVER
Clarence G. Bliss, secretary of trade and commerce, filed a petition in district court Thursday asking to be named receiver of the Security State bank on the south side in place of R. O. Brownell, present who was appointed by the guarantee fund commission. District Judge W. G. Hastings granted the change.
