BANK'S OFFICIALS ARE INDICTED AGAIN Colonial Trust Company Officers in Atlanta Under Additional Charges Ga., Apr. Slicer, president and trustee, and Norman. vice president and trustee, of the defunct Colonial Trust company, held eleven charges with failure the bank last September, named today additional indictments and reindictment returned by the Fulton county grand jury.
