BANK OF ALAPAHA REOPENS ITS DOORS Moultrie, Ga.-The Bank of Alpha, which suspended business shortly after the crash of the Bankers Trust Company of Atlanta, has reopened for business, according to word received here from Alapaha. It was generally regarded as one of the strongest and best managed small town banks in South Georgia and its depositors were confident that It would soon resume business. It will be managed by the same officials.
