NEWS OF THOMASTON. Thomaston, April 3.-(Special.)Stella Holt, twenty months old, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Thomas, died at an infirmary in Selma on last Thursday night. The remains, ac. companied by friends and relatives, passed through Thomaston yesterday en route to Rembert, where the remains were intered in the family burying ground. The Bank of Thomaston suspended operation on April 1. It was given out at a recent meeting of the stockholders that the bank would resume operations September 1. The Thomaston Post will resume publication at once, under the management of Mr. Barrington, the founder of The Post. The Marengo County High School Building is nearing completion and will be occupied by the High School May 1st.
