BANK OF TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA, IS CLOSED TITUSVILLE, Fla., March Bank of Titusville, only banking institution in this town of 3,000 people, failed to open this morning. A bank examiner's notice was posted on the door. There had been no appreciable run on the bank terday. Its December statement showed deposits $636,101; loans and discounts $322,000. Bank officials informally explained the failure grounds that large amounts resources were tied up depreciated bonds.
